In pursuit of this commitment, the quality objectives have been established at various functions and communicated to all employees. Nairobi Water Company would like to caution the publics against the rampant vandalism on the water distribution and sewer networks therefore causing challenges in service delivery.
The challenges are mainly through the following:
- Illegal connections
- Meter theft
- Damage or theft of manhole covers
- Dumping of solid waste into manholes
The public is kindly requested to report any such cases through our call centre numbers 3988598 or 5013598 or to any of our Regional offices.
