The Company embarked on the implementation of a new Customer Management and Billing System (Basis2) in April 2018. For effective ope-rationalization of the system, all users and other stakeholders are to be adequately trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
The Project implementation Committee has continued organizing training for various cadres of staff depending on their roles in the system. A total of 163 trainers from across the various regions and stations have so far been trained.
The second phase of training for the end user started from Monday 9th March 2020 and all the users are expected to have been trained by 27th March 2020 in preparation for a smooth change-over.
