STAFF CALLED TO DOUBLE EFFORT AS THE NEW YEAR

The Board of Management has urged all the staff to put in more effort in their various areas of operations to enable the utility meet and even exceed the expectations of its customers. While presiding over the monthly prayer meeting at the Headquarters, Acting Technical Director Eng. Lucy Njambi told the staff to strive for excellence in their various fields of operations for the sustenance of company operations.

The company is trying to pump much water as possible to serve the city residents. We therefore need to embrace the team spirit to ensure we collect the much needed revenue.

She further called on everyone to report water bursts and leaks whenever spotted for appropriate action to be taken. “Let us be reporting leaks and illegal water connections. We can’t afford to be losing water yet the demand exceeds the supply. Every drop counts.” She reiterated. She spoke during the monthly prayer service at the Headquarter
