The 6th Strategic Plan for 2024/25 to 2028/29 aligns with Global, National and County frameworks, such as the Sustainable Development Goals, Kenya Vision 2030, the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA), the Fourth Medium Term Plan (MTP IV), the Water Act 2016 (amended 2024) and the Nairobi County Integrated Development Plan (2023 – 2027).
